Michael Marczyk

Michael Marczak brings more than 40 years of aviation maintenance, operations, and aircraft management experience to Integra Jet. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he has held leadership positions with Gulfstream Aerospace, Eastman Kodak Flight Operations, and numerous Part 91, Part 135, and Part 145 organizations throughout his career.
As one of the founding members of Integra Jet, Michael played a key role in developing the company's operational systems and achieving FAA Air Carrier Certification. Today, he oversees maintenance operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and aircraft management services, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and professionalism.
Michael's commitment to integrity, transparency, and long-term client relationships reflects the values upon which Integra Jet was built.

Frank Patron
Director of Operations
Frank Patron brings more than four decades of aviation experience to Integra Jet, with a career spanning airline operations, flight instruction, aerial advertising, commuter aviation, and major airline leadership. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Frank began his professional flying career in Florida before advancing through regional airline operations and ultimately joining American Airlines.
During his distinguished airline career, Frank served as a Flight Engineer and Captain on multiple aircraft types including the Boeing 727, Airbus A300, Boeing 757/767, and Airbus A320. Based throughout his career in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, he gained extensive international and domestic operational experience while flying some of the industry's most demanding routes and destinations.
In addition to his flight operations experience, Frank served as a Check Airman, CRM and Threat & Error Management instructor, and held leadership roles on several pilot professional standards and communications committees. As Director of Operations for Integra Jet, Frank leverages his decades of operational expertise to ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service while upholding the company's commitment to integrity and excellence.

Jeff Coursey is a veteran aviation professional with more than 25 years of flight experience and over 12,000 hours logged in a wide range of aircraft, including extensive international operations as a Gulfstream captain. Throughout his career, Jeff has served private owners, Fortune 500 executives, professional organizations, and mission-driven clients with an unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and service.
As Owner, Chief Pilot, and Director of Operations of Integra Jet, Jeff oversees flight operations, pilot standards, customer experience, and strategic growth. His leadership philosophy is simple: place safety first, treat every client with integrity, and build lasting relationships through trust and transparency.
Jeff's vision for Integra Jet is to create a premier aviation company that combines world-class operational excellence with a personal commitment to serving clients, communities, and missions that make a meaningful impact. Flight operations /Dispatcher
Dan Rizzieri brings to Integra Jet his corporate flight and dispatch experience from LMC Industrial Contractors. Daniel was a key in the support for the development of the Integra Jet certification and is now our lead scheduler and dispatcher. He has provided superior customer service in his role with his previous corporate flight scheduling and dispatching experience interacting and tailoring individual needs to make every trip a success.
